MIRJAM
Mirjam van Beek works with hand made silk products from
her studio in the Scottish Borders. Before moving to the Scottish Borders
she lived and worked in Holland.

Mirjam draws her inspiration and vitality from the
colours and movement in the Borders Landscape that surrounds her.
|
Mirjam's hand painted silks express her strong and
exciting sense of colour. Applied to contemporary gift items - glasses,
pictures, scarves, throws, jewellery and cards - her free technique and
use of moulded silks is unique.
